  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar.
  6. Pour glaze over meatloaf.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until cooked through.
