Simple and flavorful sautéed cabbage and onions.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot.
