Simple and delicious salmon patties made with canned salmon.

Ingredients

  • 2 (14.75 ounce) cans salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions
