Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup lemon curd
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake the tart crust according to package directions.
  3. Let the crust cool completely.
  4. Spread lemon curd evenly in the crust.
  5. Arrange raspberries on top of the curd.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can make your own lemon curd.
  • Use frozen raspberries if fresh aren’t available.
