- 3–4 lb corned beef brisket
- 1 tbsp pickling spice
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup water
- Rinse the corned beef brisket and pat dry.
- Place onion, carrots, and celery in the Instant Pot.
- Add the brisket on top.
