Delicious carrot cake cheesecake bars.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
  3. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9×13 inch pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  6. Stir in carrots and walnuts.
  7. Pour cream cheese mixture over cake batter.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Let cool completely.
  10. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
  11. Cut into bars.
