Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional: blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Place the battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buffalo wing sauce and melted butter.
  7. Toss the cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  8. Serve immediately with blue cheese or ranch dressing, if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can lightly spray the cauliflower with cooking oil before air frying.
  • Adjust the buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
