Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  3. Place cornstarch in a bowl.
  4. Lightly coat each shrimp with cornstarch.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. While shrimp cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar.
  9. Once cooked, toss the shrimp with the sauce.
  10. Serve immediately.
